Originally from Johannesburg, Nichola moved to the Cape to earn a BA in Humanities from the University of Stellenbosch & a National Diploma in professional photography. Having worked as a professional architectural and interior photographer for the past 3 years has provided her with a vast knowledge and insight of the Cape Town real estate market across not only sales & rentals, but also new developments. Nichola is a young, dynamic creative with a passion for real estate which was born at a young age through her love of architecture, interiors and photography. She is dedicated to providing personalised care to all her clients and understands that you need to create a vision of a home by giving it maximum exposure through professional photographs, videos ,descriptions and other high tech marketing tools in order to powerfully boost its visibility.
