- Electricity: Pre-Paid + R281,78 user charge levied by City of Cape Town.

* You must be a South African Resident with a valid RSA identity document.
* 3 months bank statements
* 3 months payslips
* A work contract or employment letter

Applying as an Entity:
* RSA ID / Passport & VALID VISA of director(s)
* 3 months bank statements or accountants letter stating monthly return OR Full upfront payment
* Resolution giving signing power (if more than 1 director)
* CIPC Company Registration Documentation

* Affordability is approved when the applicant earns 3 x the monthly rental amount (Net)
* REVO & The landlord reserves the right to decline any application.
* Rental prices are non-negotiable.
* Revo's vetting and leasing process can take up to 2 weeks.
* Revo does not accept Proof of Payment (PoP), the funds must reflect. The inspection and key handover will take place between 24 hours and 72 hours after the funds have been received in full.
