* Deep Cleaning Fee: R1 500 (Inc. VAT) - (Billed at end of lease period)
* Tenant User Charge: R140 p/m (Inc. VAT) - (Maintenance Service - Included in rental)

Minimum Requirements:
* RSA ID / Passport & VALID VISA
* 3 months bank statements
* 3 months payslips
* A work contract or employment letter

Applying as an Entity:
* RSA ID / Passport & VALID VISA of director(s)
* 3 months bank statements or accountants letter stating monthly return OR Full upfront payment
* Resolution giving signing power (if more than 1 director)
* CIPC Company Registration Documentation

Terms & Conditions: 
* Application Fees are Non-refundable.
* Affordability is approved when the applicant earns 3 x the monthly rental amount (Net)
* REVO & The landlord reserves the right to decline any application.
* Rental prices are non-negotiable.

Revo Lease process:

Step 1: Apply Online & Get Approved
Step 2: Sign the Lease Agreement
Step 3: Receive Invoice & Make Payment
Step 4: Schedule inspection & Handover
Step 5: Move in

Timelines:

Applications can take up to 72 working hours to process. If approved, the lease can take another 72 working hours to be received via email for review and signing.
Once the lease is signed, you will receive the invoice, which is the final step in the lease process. We require payment in advance so that we can schedule inspections and plan accordingly.

If the lease is signed and full payment has reflected by the;
- 21st of the month, Move in date will be the 1st of the next month.
- 28th of the month, Move in date will be the 10th of the next month.
- 5th of the month you are meant to take occupation in - Move in date will be the 15th of that month.
