2.) Lease Drafting Fee: Once-off charge equal to 10% of the monthly rental (excluding VAT), capped at R3,000. This fee covers drafting the lease and setting up your lease account on our rental management platform.
3.) Affordability Criteria: All signatories on the lease must demonstrate an income (less debt repayments) equal to 3x the monthly rent. This can be the occupant alone or combined with a family member or friend who agrees to co-sign and assume liability if needed.
