Welcome to Metropole Green Point, a development which caters for senior students and young professionals in single accommodation with co-living amenities available to all its residents.

Conveniently situated in the heart of Green Point, Cape Town which is a popular district of the Atlantic Seaboard, just a stone throw away from one of the FIFA World Cup 2010's legacy projects - Green Point Urban Park & Biodiversity Garden. The park has many jogging trails, lakes, open fields, an outdoor gym as well as a cafe to grab a bite to eat. It is also home to the Cape Town Stadium and other sports facilities, as well as a luscious golf course.

Green Point is centrally located with many trendy restaurants and shops nearby, with easy access into Sea Point as well as town with the MyCiti Bus stops located within close walking distance to Metropole. The promenade is also within walking distance, as well as Virgin Active Green Point as well as V&A Waterfront.

The rooms are furnished & equipped with the essentials, are serviced, and include Wi-Fi and security. Apartments are not equipped with their own kitchens.

The communal space which is on the top floor has amenities available to all its residents including a rooftop pool which overlooks the stunning surrounds of Green Point as well as ocean views. There is also a fully kitted kitchen with stoves and microwaves, as well as kettles and toasters. Additionally, a dining area with a television where residents can socialise and enjoy each other's company.

Utilities:
- Normal residential use of water, electricity and sewerage utility services will be added to the monthly Services & residence Fee by diving the total building usage by the number of residents in occupation.
- Should the building at any time be fitted with a solar system, then the electricity usage will be determined using NERSA rates & charged accordingly.

Two (2) Month Deposit Required

Service agreements available per person for 1 (ONE) occupant per room ONLY - NO couples.
Metropole Green Point is not a hotel, it is accommodation for senior students & young working professionals with communal living (kitchens, living room, pool, laundry etc).

Additional Fees:

- Non-Refundable Application Fee: R995.

- Lease Drafting Fee: 11.5% of the rental amount.

Qualification Requirements:

The account payer must earn 3x of the rental amount.

A good credit history is required for all applicants.
